Arc. Abdulwaheed Babatunde Yahya is a dedicated and design-driven Project Manager whose architectural insight and commitment to excellence have made him an integral part of ARTEC’s project delivery team since 2014. With a career rooted in both technical expertise and creative sensitivity, he consistently brings a balanced, thoughtful approach to each phase of a project—from concept to completion.

Tunde is a versatile architect with a strong flair for utilizing professional design software to produce high-quality, innovative, and detail-oriented outputs. His work spans residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments, where his ability to translate client visions into functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces has continually stood out. Some of his notable contributions include the New Katsina State Government House, Accident & Emergency Centre – Offa General Hospital, Federal Judicial Service Commission Examination Centre – Abuja, the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission Headquarters – CBD Abuja, among numerous other landmark and private residential projects.

Tunde holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Kaduna Polytechnic, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Federal University of Technology, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Architecture from Joseph Ayo Babalola University. These academic credentials reflect his deep expertise and dedication to continuous professional growth. A provisional member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA), Arc. Abdulwaheed is known for his collaborative spirit, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Whether managing design iterations, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, or supervising on-site execution, he upholds ARTEC’s values of quality, timeliness, and innovation. Arc. Abdulwaheed is married and enjoys the support of a loving family.
