Victor Ojochonu Drisu is an accomplished Human Resources Generalist with over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning banking, healthcare, consulting, and architecture. He brings a strategic and people-centered approach to HR, backed by a solid academic foundation and a passion for organizational growth.
Victor holds a Master’s degree in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, as well as an HND in Mass Communication from Auchi Polytechnic. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM) and is recognized for his practical expertise in talent management, employee engagement, policy development, and organizational culture transformation.
